The 4CV250,000B is a ceramic/metal vapor cooled power tetrode intended for use at the 250 to 500 kilowatt output power level. It is recommended for use as a Class C amplifier or oscillator, Class AB rf linear amplifier, Class AB push-pull af amplifier or modulator, plate or screen modulated class C rf amplifier, or for pulse modulator or regulator service.
