GENERAL DESCRIPTION |
The 8072 is a very small, low-cost, conduction-cooled beam power tetrode designed for use as an RF power amplifier, oscillator, regulator, distributed amplifier, or linear amplifier in mobile or fixed equipment. The 8072 delivers a relatively large power output with a low anode voltage and small drive power due to its high power sensitivity and high efficiency. |
